Booking thru the travel agency was a hassle! I could not check in online, and there was a problem during check in at the airport to and from sapporo. Good thing though that the crew at the counters were courteous enough to say sorry.

everything is perfect, no delays except that peach aviation charged a lot for our luggages. 10,000 yesn plus for 3 med laggages. that too much.

Peach Airlines is a big rip off. With already limit check baggage allowance, the criminals to make more money have you weigh your purse along with you check baggage to inflate the price. I would never fly with this Airline again.
